Spiritual Properties And Maintenance, LLC, is a handyman service to help small businesses and homeowners in fixing computers and renovating space.  Like the Apostle Paul, who was a tentmaker to earn some funds so he could share the Good News of Jesus the Christ, Bob Erb was instructed by God to register this company the same time he registered the non-profit corporation, the Waikiki Beach Outreach Ministry, a church without walls under the sky of Waikiki in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Tim Cook, an independent contractor, who helps Bob in the ministry, has joined him to help provide jobs for the homeless.  Some of the services include the following:

 

1.  Home and Office Interior Decorating.  We fix walls, floors, ceilings and beautify them.  We do painting, wallpapering, trim, stippling, texturing, faux, glazing, flooring (ceramic, laminate, vinyl, wood, leveling, carpeting), spackling, fixing holes and damage, caulking, installing window treatment, doors, paintings, shelving, built in desks, cabinets, cupboards, counters, sinks, tub surrounds, toilets, light fixtures, curtains, blinds, and utilize all space in the most effective way possible in accordance to your pocketbook.  Call Bob at 497-6920 or Tim at 223-8914.

 

2.  Construction.  We install sheds, demolish and put up new walls for new rooms, install framing in accordance with the International Building Code and local codes, insulate, install drywall, tape and finish as needed, and assist in any project management role.  We are experienced field engineers, project engineers, construction superintendents, and site coordinators.  We get the job done by ensuring the right persons or company does the job he commits to do.  Call us and we can discuss further: 497-6920.

 

3.  Landscaping.  We provide full yard services including monthly and weekly lawn maintenance.  We provide tree trimming services, landscape design and master planning, container gardening, supervised planting installation, fencing, home and plant renovation, pruning, annual beds and perennial borders, ground cover and ornamental grasses, tree planting services, irrigation systems, lighting, fountain and pool installations, and much more.  Give us a call at 223-8914.

 

4.  Computer repair and sales.  We fix hardware and software problems.  We add memory, larger hard drives, new peripherals, set up web sites (with Nowherezend, LLC), set up domains, remove viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spy ware, and registry problems.
